Amy Bugwadia
Conference Co-Chair
Hi friends! My name is Amy Bugwadia (she/her/hers), and I am so excited to serve as the Co-Chair of this year's Leadership Conference. Along with Darius, my role is to provide the fabulous Chairs of the conference with support, shape the conference aesthetic, recruit conference sponsorships, and everything in between. With UCLA ResLife, I am a Resident Assistant and previously served as President of my residence hall. I can't wait to see our vision come to fruition and for us to experience the magic of leading with optimism together. Froggie love!
Josh O'Connor
Conference Co-Advisor
My name is Josh O’Connor, and I am the Assistant Director of Residential Life at UCLA. I have more than nine years of experience in higher education. With experience at both public and private research and liberal arts institutions, I have built a wealth of knowledge and experiences that fuel my passion for student development, collaborative partnerships, and student success. I served as the Conduct Officer at the University of California, Davis and as Residential Life Coordinator for the Housing and Residential Life Office at California State University, Sacramento. Today, I am very proud to be on the UCLA ORL Staff. I am excited to work on leadership initiatives and enhancing the student experiences! Go Bruins!
Darius Shubert

Hey PACURH! My name is Darius Shubert (he/him/his), and I am so excited to serve as the Conference Co-Chair of this year's Regional Leadership Conference. Along with Amy, my role is to provide support for our incredible team of Chairs, manage the conference budget, and create and execute our vision for this conference. Outside of PACURH, I race for the UCLA Ski & Snowboard Team. I am counting down the seconds to meeting you all and leading with optimism together!
Mike McCormack
Conference Co-Advisor
My name is Mike McCormack, and I am the Leadership Development Coordinator at UCLA ResLife and serve as the conference co-advisor to PACURH 2018 RLC! As an undergrad, I was very involved as NRHH president, on the NACURH Information Center, and the NNB, I am so excited to continue serving PACURH and NACURH through my involvement as an advisor. When I'm not helping develop leaders, I can be found exploring Los Angeles, reading, or watching Riverdale.
