If your delegation will be driving to the conference, there will be parking spaces available in the garage under the Luskin Conference Center, as well as in Parking Structure 8.

Parking lot 8: Parking rate here are $72.00 for three nights ($24.00 per night). Your will be able to pay on the Pay by Plate visitor parking located on level 4, this parking lot is directly across from the Luskin Conference Center that you will be staying at for the weekend. Please note that the height clearance to park at the forth level is 8 feet 3 inches.

 

Luskin Conference Center Garage: The parking rates here are also  $96.00for three nights ($32.00 per night). If you do decide to park your vehicle here, please make sure that you inform the Luskin Conference Center front desk, so they can program your room key for in and out privileges.

 

UC Parking Permits: For our fellow UC institutions that will be coming to the conference, other UC staff and/or faculty are eligible for a reciprocity parking permit. You will be issued a permit at no additional cost and will be allowed to park on our Campus by displaying their other UC parking permit as well as our temporary parking permit. To obtain the permit, you will need to stop by the information kiosk everyday that you need the permit. The kiosk is located at 555 Westwood Plaza (very close to the Luskin Conference Center). There hours of operation are from 6AM-9PM everyday.

Uber has a special promo code: HIFREERIDE. This is for first time uber riders driving to and from the airport, in which they get $15 off their first ride.

Note: When being picked up from the airport, look out for the signs that say “Ride service meeting point” located in the Upper/Departures level to determine a meeting point.

Private Shuttles

Lax FlyAway Bus: This service cost $10 on debit/credit card (No Cash Accepted). Although the Bus doesn’t stop directly at the UCLA campus. It stops at 11075 Kinross Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024, where our campus is just a 20 minute walk away. Tickets can be purchased in advance online and are valid for 30 days when done through this process. Please look out for the Green Flyaway sign, located at the Lower/Arrivals level.

 

 

Super Shuttle: Can have up to 7 passengers in which you are able to pick either a shared ride, riding with other individuals heading in the same direction, or a direct ride, no stops in between journey. The price for a shared ride is $119.00 while the price for a direct ride is $77.50 (Assuming maximum capacity of 7 passenger for both prices). Super Shuttle vans pick up passengers at the Lower/Arrivals Level in front of each terminal. Look out for the “Shared Ride Vans” sign. Prime Time Shuttle: Can have up to 9 passengers. They also have two van options of shared or Private group vans, being $137.95 and $72.21 respectively.
